DA-02 foam pad has been developed to enhance the performance of PAICAR 02 polishing compound, especially when used with a rotorbital polisher. The orange foam of the DA-02 pad is designed to remove defects and even deep scratches quickly, working effectively on most paints on the market.

A medium-hard foam was selected for the DA-02 pad, with density and PPI (pores per inch) features which guarantee high durability, absolute stability, conservation of its shape and hardness throughout the entire polishing process, and a homogeneous processing, without “jumps”.
Combined with PAICAR 02 polishing compound, the orange DA-02 pad ensures a rapid and effective cutting power, while allowing you to achieve a bright and clean finish, together with a high level of gloss.
The particular shape of this pad is designed to better “follow” the rotorbital movement and at the same time to allow less accessible and narrow areas to be polished, reducing the risk of overheating the surface or “burning” it. The height of 25 mm facilitates the operator’s sensitivity and allows a more stable and vibration-free process.
It is also to this end to keep temperature at its lowest that an open-cell foam was selected, which allows heat to disperse, keeping the surface cooler during the polishing process.
ROTORBITAL
DA line of polishing pads are optimized to work with random orbital polishers. Their design and particular shape are designed to give their best with orbital polishing systems.
ROTARY
DA polishing pads provide excellent performance even with rotary polishers. Their open cell structure facilitates the dispersion of heat caused by rotary motion.
