PAICAR 01 is a water based and silicon free high cutting compound. It means that defects and scratches are removed for real and not just covered. It means it is safe for user’s health and for the paint.

SILICON FREE
P1200-P2000
PAICAR 01 removes P1200-P2000 sand scratches, as well as deep marks, failings and dullness. It restores badly oxidized surfaces as well as can be used on new well dried paints.
ROTARY
PAICAR 01 gives its best in terms of cutting and abrasion in combination with a rotative polishing machine. It may be used also with rotoeccentric and rotorbital polishers.
800-1500 RPM
When using a rotary polisher, let’s start at low RPM (800 rpm), then gradually increase revolutions to 1500 rpm, and polish with crossed movements, namely left to right, up and down.
DA-01 FOAM PAD
PAICAR 01 gives its best and the perfect balance between cutting and finishing when used with DA-01 red hard foam pad.
WOOL PAD
When the need is to power the cut level of PAICAR 01 to face a bad oxidized or scratched paint, let’s use SL3 lamb wool pad.
SIMPLE YET COMPLETE RANGE
PAICAR 01 – Heavy Cut polishing compound is just one of the compounds of PaiCar polishing line.
The key feature of PAICAR 01 is offering a strong cutting power when surfaces are in critical conditions. According to wished final quality and finish, and especially on dark coloured surfaces, it recommended to follow up with a finer compound, such as PAICAR 03.

HOW TO USE
Apply a small quantity of PAICAR 01 – Heavy Cut polishing compound on DA-01 red foam pad and use the pad for spreading the compound on the surface. Select a rotorbital polisher and start at low RPM, then gradually increase revolutions and polish with crossed movements, namely left to right, up and down. Wipe the surface with a clean Silky Tech microfiber cloth, in order to remove any potential residue. For higher cutting action, select a rotative polisher and follow the same procedure, starting slow (800 RPM), and increasing gradually to 1500 RPM. In combination with rotative machine, SL3 lamb wool pad can be used for powering the cut level.
